Started in 2023 as part of Tyler Smiley Photography, Drift + Co. is the premier partner to real estate agents and homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula.

Using his knowledge from a stint as a realtor in both sales and rental management, owner and photographer Tyler Smiley began capturing properties using a signature laid-back, but detail-oriented approach. This allowed him to capture homes with precision, showcasing details that lead to sales and rental bookings, while also becoming known for a calm, reliable demeanor that homeowners and agents could trust.

At the end of 2025, it was time to expand into additional services. Tyler brought on his mom, Beth, who has an eye for design. Prior to joining Drift + Co., Beth worked in real estate as a rental agent and administrative assistant. During this time, she became a trusted design source for vacation rental owners looking to update their homes, and she now offers this service to sales agents, rental managers, and private homeowners looking to get a property ready to showcase to buyers and guests.
