This page also acts as a Terms and Conditions page for all listing media services. By hiring Drift + Co. for any listing media, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

  • Photos and virtual tours will be delivered in a 24 - 48 hour window after the shoot is completed.

    Videos will be delivered within 36 - 48 hours of shoot completion due to more editing requirements.

  • It depends.

    For pieces of land or smaller, exterior-only shoots, photos can generally be turned around the same day.

    Full-shoots cannot be delivered same-day due to editing constraints. They will be delivered on a strict 24 - 48 hour turnaround time.

  • Most shoots will be delivered using a program called Rela, which will house all shoots you complete with Drift + Co.

    If you are a private homeowner booking photos for a rental you personally manage or will be listing for sale by owner, images will be delivered via Google Drive.

  • Generally we need at least 48-hours notice to schedule photos, but may need more notice during busier times.

    Anything that comes up on short-notice (less than 48 hours), may be accommodated depending on location and other shoots that day.

  • No, ownership of the photos remains with Drift + Co.

    You receive a one-time usage license to the photos for use in marketing the property for sale or for rent in print and digital outlets. This is done to protect our business and assets, allow us to use the images in marketing our services, and ensure no one can profit from the unapproved use or sale of the media.

    Examples of when a secondary usage license must be purchased include (but are not limited to):

    • Changing rental management companies

    • Listing a home with more than one rental management company

    • Listing a home “For Sale by Owner” and later listing with a realtor

    • Moving an expired listing from one realtor to another

  • Absolutely!

    Not all homes are the same, and as such may need unique packages to best showcase their features and finishes.

  • In addition to the price of your service, there are three other charges you should be aware of:

    1. Travel Charge - This is a charge you may see if the shoot if more than 45 minutes drive from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to off-set travel costs associated with that distance

    2. Property Prep Charge - If a property requires more than light staging (ex - fluffing pillows, smoothing bedspreads, minor decluttering, opening blinds, etc. that can be done in 20-30 minutes or less) prior to taking photos, you may see this charge on your invoice.

    3. Second Visit Charge - If a property needs more than light staging, but also more than what we can provide as photographers (ex - lawn mowing, deep cleaning, repairs, major decluttering, etc.) that will in turn require a second trip to the property for photos, you will be charged for that return trip to the home. Please note, this charge will not be applied due to circumstances outside human control such as weather.

  • Payments are due 14 days after the invoice is issued, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

    Accepted payments are currently credit cards via the payment links on the invoices and checks (if you are mailing a check, please let us know so we can keep an eye out for it).
