About our Staging and Home Prep Services
Do you have different service options?
We offer two different service options for Staging and Home Prep:
1. Home Prep Consultation
2. Full Furnishing Service
What is the difference between the two?
The Home Prep Consultation involves us walking through your home, taking notes and a few cell phone photos along the way. These notes and photos are then used to tailor a prep list for you to follow to get the home photo ready prior to listing it.
The Full Furnishing Service is exactly what it shounds like - we’ll bring in furniture to fill your space before listing it.
Why should we work with you?
With extensive experience in design and also past rental management experience, we know each space is unique, and requires special attention to showcase at its fullest potential.
From paint suggestions to furniture, we can guide you through the process of getting each piece right down to the smallest detail.

How much does each service cost?
The Home Prep Consultation is priced at $150 per session.
The Full Furnishing Service varies depending on the work involved. All items purchased for the home and any work done by contractors we schedule and coordinate with will be invoiced at a cost plus 30% basis (ex - if an item costs $100, you will be billed $130), and any time will be invoiced at a rate of $85 per hour.
How long does each service take?
The Home Prep Consultation takes about one to two hours for the walkthrough, with the tailored list delivered within 48-hours after.
The Full Furnishing Service will vary depending on the amount of work involved, but if you have a specific deadline to meet, we will do our best to work with you to meet that date.
