In a market that is becoming more and more saturated, it is important that your home has visuals that will make it stand out from the crowd. Our vacation rental media options are designed to do just that, having been created from past experience working as a licensed property manager.

Basic Photography

Includes:

  • Interior and Exterior of home

  • Number of images based on number of bedrooms in the home

Pricing:

  • 0-2 Bedroom (10-15 photos): $160

  • 3-4 Bedroom (20-30 photos): $205

  • 5-6 Bedroom (35-45 photos): $250

  • 7 Bedroom (50-60 photos): $295

  • For homes with 8 or more bedrooms, please reach out for a quote

Any additional images beyond the counts listed above may be invoiced at $5 each

Includes:

  • Interior and Exterior of home

  • 5-8 aerial drone photos

  • Number of images based on number of bedrooms in the home

Pricing:

  • 0-2 Bedroom (10-15 photos): $245

  • 3-4 Bedroom (20-30 photos): $275

  • 5-6 Bedroom (35-45 photos): $315

  • 7 Bedroom (50-60 photos): $360

There are a few add-on options available for vacation rental photography to help your home stand out. From virtual twilight services that add a pop of color to your listing to floorplans that show potential guests the layout, you can view the optional add-ons below.

Enhancement Add-Ons

Floorplan: $85

Grass Greening: $50

Screen Replacements: $85

Virtual Twilight (Day to Dusk Conversion): 4 images for $115

Other Charges

Travel Charge: $85

> Applies to any shoots 45+ minutes from Rehoboth Beach

Our goal is to avoid charging the two items below, but we wanted to list them so you are aware they exist and can do what you need to in order to avoid incurring them:

Property Prep Charge: $125

> Applies to any shoot that requires more than light staging (approx. 20-30 minutes) by photographer prior to taking photos

Second Visit Charge: $125

> Applies to any shoot that cannot be completed at the originally scheduled day/time due to lack of property readiness
